About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all existing and future chai house cafes. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, optimizing processes, and driving profitability.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:Â Manage day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.
Staff Management:Â Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate cafe staff; develop schedules and manage labor costs.
Inventory & Supply Chain:Â Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
Quality Control:Â Implement and maintain quality control standards for food and beverages; conduct regular audits and address issues.
Process Improvement:Â Analyze cafe operations to identify inefficiencies; develop and implement solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Financial Performance:Â Track cafe performance, analyze sales data, and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B retail operations, ideally with a multi-unit chain
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with inventory management, food safety regulations, and labor laws
Passion for the chai house cafe concept and commitment to customer satisfaction
